We took the best parts of our most popular models and ‘kombined’ them to create a cargo bike for everybody.

For urban dwellers, the Kombi has a shorter wheelbase to fit the bus rack and upright storage capabilities to fit an apartment. For parents, we included disc brakes for safety, a low step-over for easy sharing and a rear rack spacious enough to carry two kiddos and all their gear on the go. Nimble, snappy handling was a top priority because – let’s face it – the city can be chaotic. With solid design and custom add-ons, carry your cargo in comfort, with confidence, from the family dog to a flea market find.

The Yuba Kombi is the practical all-rounder among Yuba cargo bikes. The combination of a short wheelbase and 24″ tyres reduces this cargo bike to a compact and practical size. This makes the Kombi just as easy to handle as a normal bicycle in any situation. It is approved for public transport and fits on any ordinary car carrier. You see, this cargo bike is more than just a second car replacement for daily tasks, but also a perfect holiday and leisure companion. Despite its compact dimensions, it is as strong as the Mundo. The carrier offers space for two children, including luggage, barbecue or picnic equipment. In addition, the Kombi convinces with its solid basic equipment. Cargo Bike Despite a Lack of Space?

When designing the bike, the needs of city dwellers were taken into account above all. A lack of space in the city is not uncommon and parking spaces in front of one’s own front door are rare. The good news is: The Kombi is a real parking miracle. The geometry of this transport wheel also allows vertical parking. So that it can also be stored in the apartment or in the small corner of your garage. Do you want to park on the side of the street in order to go into the shop briefly? That’s no problem either. It is not bigger than a normal bicycle and does not take up much space on the pedestrian zone.

Loading the Yuba Kombi

You can really let off steam when loading this bike. It is designed for a payload of up to 200 kg and has space for two passengers on the carrier. With the large Go-Getter bags on the sides of the carrier and the bread basket on the handlebar you can store all your shopping. For child transport, however, you can equip this cargo bike with the Soft Spots or with the Yepp Nexxt child seat. Bad weather does not put you off? Then we recommend the Pop Top Cover.
